Originally from West Cork, Una O’Brien is a Solicitor with Sinnott Solicitors. Having completed her Law Degree at UCC in 2004 She then completed her training in a South Dublin based firm before joining the firm of Sinnott Solicitors. Her expertise primarily focuses on the areas of Asylum and Immigration Law, Personal Injuries litigation and Employment Law. Una has had enormous success in the area of Human Rights and public interest law and has been involved in a number of high profile human rights cases before the High Court and Supreme Court. Una also primarily focuses on the area of Employment Law and has recently completed a Diploma with the Law Society of Ireland in Employment Law.
